Layout, fittings and materials

The spacious, well-thought-out layout of the bathroom makes it comfortable to use. The bathtub is ideal both for a quick refresh (a quick shower) and for relaxing after a long day. Although the WC is not separate from the bathroom, we know from experience that for 2 people it works perfectly in everyday life :)

The bathroom is fitted with quality sanitaryware: the modern aerated mixer tap, the water-saving Geberit WC and the energy-saving IKEA shower head serve sustainability as well as comfort. A heated towel rail keeps the temperature pleasant, which is an extra comfort especially in the colder months.

The tiles, carefully chosen by the first owner, reflect their taste: they are practical, make the room feel bigger and give it an elegant look. The neutral colours and clean design make the bathroom timeless and suited to any style of interior.

Storage solutions

Well-designed IKEA cabinets offer great storage: the vanity unit with drawers, the 2-door mirrored cabinet and the 1-door cabinet in the alcove above the washing machine can "swallow" a great deal, and the boxing that hides the pipes provides a further 2.5 metres of surface, 20 cm deep, for decoration or bathroom essentials, so there is plenty of room for everyday items. All these options help keep the bathroom tidy and practical to use.

Light and ventilation

The bathroom has no window, but thanks to a powerful extractor fan this is no disadvantage at all when it comes to preventing damp. Natural light is replaced by a warm-toned ceiling light, and the mirrors on the door and the cabinet make the room feel even bigger.

Good ventilation is especially important in a bathroom, and the extractor fan mentioned above provides it. It not only removes steam but also ensures fresh air and a hygienic environment.
